Having your own garden is always blissful, as you watch the fruits of your labour rise and shine, as a herb to be used in food, or as a flower to enhance the appearance of the surrounding area. Plants and flowers provide us with fresh clean air, helping our planet to be better and cleaner. However, if you could make it even better then it already sounds, would you? Well, now you can, with an aeroponics indoor garden and here are the benefits, that you and nature will get from it. An aeroponics indoor garden does not require the use of pesticides, or herbicides and that makes the herbs, or vegetables grown this way, healthier for you and for the environment as well.
Enhancing the growth of vegetables, through artificial means, usually changes their flavour as well, but not in your aeroponics indoor garden, as you do not require the use of any chemicals, to enhance growth and the end result will be that they taste better.
An aeroponics indoor garden uses less water, than the plants grown in natural soil, on an average of 95%, which can make a huge difference to the environment, in turn, besides the fact, that you are not polluting the soil, with pesticides and other chemicals, that need be used outdoors.
Getting Started
At your local nursery, or garden shop, you will be able to find aeroponics gardening kits, that contain everything you need to get started, even if you are a beginner. Ensure that you place the garden somewhere close to a window, where it can avail of daylight, so you can save on power and not have to use artificial lighting. While most things in an aeroponics garden, are automatic and you don’t have to monitor them, you will need to make sure, that the pH of the solution, is between 5 and 6 and that the temperature of the room, where they are grown, is maintained between 70 and 76 degrees Fahrenheit.
You can place your aeroponics garden on top of a table, in the kitchen, or you can create a special space for them, in any room of your house, including the basement, but ensure that you have a humidifier installed, as too dry temperatures can affect the growth of the plants.
A Healthy Garden When You Need It
An aeroponics indoor garden will provide you with the satisfaction of having fresh herbs and vegetables, when and as you need them, and which can grow right before your eyes, anytime of the year. The best part about having an aeroponics indoor garden, is that you are sure of the way the vegetables are grown and that they are safe to be used, as soon as they are ripe. Contribute to the environment today and assure yourself of healthy herbs, flowers and vegetables, as well as the satisfaction of growing them yourself.
Indoor gardens not only enable people in limited spaces, like flats and apartments to enjoy gardening, but also enable easier control of pests, diseases, remedies and so on. They grow in a protected environment and of course, you can still enjoy the benefits of the garden, even if it is snowing outside.
